Work down the list and untick the pauses that are doing something: the beat before a punchline, the breath before a hard sentence. Apply the rest in one pass. Picture and sound move together, so nothing drifts out of sync.

Run the filler cleaner over what is left. It flags hesitation sounds first, which are the safe ones. Words like "like" and "actually" often carry meaning, so you decide those individually rather than deleting a category.

What does it cost after the trial?

Will it make my speech sound rushed?
Only if you let it. The default keeps a margin of quiet before and after speech, because cutting exactly to the detected boundary is what clips consonants and makes every sentence sound hurried. You can widen that margin, and you review each cut before it is applied.
Does it work with multiple camera angles?
The analysis runs on the dialogue track you point it at. Cuts are applied to the linked picture and sound together, so a single-angle talking head is the straightforward case. Multi-cam sequences need the cuts applied to the flattened sequence rather than to the multi-cam clip.
Can I undo it if I hate the result?
Yes. Um Out makes ordinary Premiere edits, so Premiere Undo reverses them exactly as it reverses anything you did by hand. There is no separate history to learn and no proprietary project format.
Is my footage uploaded anywhere?
No. Silence detection, filler matching and caption transcription all run on your computer. The only thing that can leave is the text context you explicitly send to Um Bot, and it shows you what that is first.
