Point Um Out at the folder OBS records into. Pick the takes that make up the video and it lays them end to end and cuts them as one: silences gone, filler words gone, captions written, the strong moments marked. You open a rough cut instead of a folder of files to splice.

You pick the local folder OBS writes to. Um Out does not connect to an OBS account, sign in to anything, or upload the file. It watches that one folder and nothing else.
A file that is still being written is ignored. Um Out waits until the size has stopped changing across several checks before it reads anything, so a recording you are still making is never treated as finished footage.
The first pass runs the quiet gap remover, the filler word cleaner, captions, and highlight marking. All four are on by default and each one is a switch, so you can take captions off and keep the cuts, or mark highlights without removing anything.
They are planned together rather than run one after another. Cutting silence first and filler words second would invalidate every timecode the second pass depended on, so every proposed cut is held as a range on the original recording, the ranges are combined once, and the captions and markers are then placed on the shortened timeline.
Um Out keeps an untouched source sequence and builds the first pass as a separate one, so the footage you recorded is still there exactly as recorded. You see the plan and the counts before Premiere is asked to create anything, and a half-finished creation is reported as an error rather than left on your timeline.
The plan is versioned and fingerprinted against the recording it was built from. If the file or the sequence changes between the plan and the apply, it is refused rather than applied to different media. This workflow is on Plus; signed server entitlements and the local companion enforce that, so nothing on this page grants access on its own.
